Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These terms govern all sales made on omaneli.shop, operated under the Omaneli trade name. Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of them.

2. Products

Products are described and presented as accurately as possible. Photographs are indicative and are not contractual.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in US dollars, all taxes included. Express shipping is free. Omaneli may change its prices at any time; the price that applies is the one displayed when the order is placed.

4. Orders

Each order is confirmed by a summary email. Omaneli may refuse or cancel any order involving a payment dispute or that is manifestly abnormal.

5. Payment

Payment is due when the order is placed, using the methods offered at checkout. All transactions are processed over a secure, encrypted connection (SSL/TLS) by our payment provider. Omaneli never sees, handles or stores your card details.

6. Shipping

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours and delivered within 4 business days across our delivery area. A tracking number is provided on dispatch. See our Shipping Policy.

7. Withdrawal and returns

You have 30 days from receipt to request a return, under the terms of our Refund Policy.

8. Warranties

Products carry the statutory warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects provided for by law.

9. Liability

Omaneli cannot be held liable for damage resulting from misuse of a product or from an event of force majeure.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute an amicable solution will be sought first, by writing to contact@customer-wesupport.com. Failing that, consumers may use the European online dispute resolution platform free of charge.
