Cancel VIP membership

You can cancel at any time, with no reason and no notice period.

How to cancel

• By email — write to contact@customer-wesupport.com with the email address used on your order. Nothing else is required.
• By phone — call +1 218-542-0012, Monday to Friday.

When it takes effect

Cancellation takes effect within 24 hours of your request, and you are not charged again after that. We confirm it by email.

What it costs

Nothing. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period. Orders you have already placed are unaffected and are delivered as normal.

What you are cancelling

The VIP programme is a recurring membership of $30.00 USD, first charged 3 days after your order and then every 30 days until cancelled. See VIP Programme for the full terms.
